Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 September 2026

Kids English Learning is used by children, so we collect as little as possible. This policy explains exactly what that means in plain language.

The short version

  • The app contains no advertising and no ad networks.
  • We do not sell or share personal information with anyone.
  • Learning progress is stored on the device, not on our servers.
  • There is no chat, no user-generated content, and no way for a child to contact a stranger.
  • The app works fully offline.

Information we collect

If you use the app as a Guest:we collect no personal information at all. Progress, stars and settings are written to your device’s local storage and never leave it.

If you create an account: we store the email address you register with, so that progress can be restored if you change device. That is the only personal detail we ask for. We never ask a child for their name, age, photograph, location or contact details.

If you buy Premium: the purchase is handled entirely by Apple or Google. We receive confirmation that a subscription is active. We never see your card number or billing address.

Children’s privacy

This app is designed for children aged 3–8 and we treat all users as children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child beyond what is described above, and the app contains no behavioural advertising, no profiling and no social features. Account creation and any purchase are placed behind a parental gate.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information and you would like it removed, email vedaavilearning@gmail.com and we will delete it.

This website

This website uses Google Analytics to count page views and see which pages people find useful. It is configured for measurement only: Google Signals and ad personalisation are switched off and IP addresses are anonymised, so your visit is not added to any advertising profile and we cannot identify you from it. Analytics does set a first-party cookie to tell a repeat visit from a new one. Links to the App Store and Google Play carry a campaign tag so we can tell which pages are useful; that tag identifies the page, not the person. None of this applies inside the app itself, which contains no analytics or tracking of any kind — that is where children actually are.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete any information associated with your account at any time, and you can delete the account outright from within the app. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored progress.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change affects how data is handled, note it in the app.
