Level 21 of 28
Word Endings List (-s, -es, -ing, -ed, -er, -est)
Endings change what a word does: -s and -es make it plural, -ing makes it happening now, -ed makes it past, -er and -est compare. The letters are easy; the spelling changes are what trip children up.
